All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification where applicable, and acceptance by Lāla Lavanta.
An order is considered confirmed once our team or ordering system has communicated its acceptance.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns based solely on a change of mind may not be accepted.
