We take care in preparing, packaging, and coordinating deliveries to preserve the freshness, presentation, and quality of our arrangements.
1. Delivery Locations
We offer delivery services within Lahore, Pakistan, subject to location and service availability.
Deliveries to other cities may be arranged for eligible products, depending on distance, transportation availability, and the suitability of the arrangement for transit.
Customers are encouraged to contact our team before placing an intercity order.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the selected or confirmed delivery schedule.
Same-day and next-day delivery may be available for selected products, subject to order confirmation, flower availability, preparation time, and delivery capacity.
Specific delivery times are subject to confirmation.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary depending on:

4. Fresh Flower Deliveries
Fresh flowers are delicate, perishable products that require appropriate handling.
We take reasonable care to maintain freshness during preparation and dispatch. However, natural variations and environmental conditions may affect flowers during transportation.
Customers are advised to place flowers in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, immediately after receiving them.

As flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability, certain varieties, shades, or decorative elements may occasionally be unavailable.
If substitutions are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer for approval before proceeding.
We aim to maintain the overall style, quality, and value of the original arrangement.
6. Recipient Availability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, complete address, and active contact number.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or unsuccessful contact attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
Any redelivery arrangement will depend on product condition and service availability.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on schedule, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was confirmed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We may request photographs and order details to assess the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Intercity Deliveries
Intercity delivery of fresh floral products is subject to special assessment and confirmation.
Availability, delivery timelines, charges, and packaging requirements will be discussed individually to help ensure the arrangement is suitable for transportation.
Not all products may be eligible for intercity delivery.
